Shipping and Returns
We offer free UPS ground shipping anywhere in the USA for orders over $150.
If you want to expedite your order during the checkout process, you can opt for 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. The associated costs for the upgraded shipping options are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
All orders completed by 4:00pm CST (Mon-Fri) are processed on the same day.
Orders submitted after 4:00pm CST are shipped the next business day.
Saturday & Sunday orders are shipped on Monday.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking information. If you ever have any issues with the delivery of your order, please call us or contact us at email@example.com.
Online Return & Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and loyalty at Teddies for Bettys. If, for whatever reason, your items were not to satisfaction, we will happily work with you to exchange your items or issue you a store credit. We do not offer refunds.
You have 10 days from date of arrival to make your return. Included in your package is a return shipping label for your convenience.
(NOTE: We highly recommend immediately trying on your purchased items as soon as you receive them so that if something doesn’t properly fit, it can be returned back to us within the 10 Day policy.)
All items must be in their original packaging with all original tags AND panty liners in place and you MUST have the original receipt.
If they appear to have been worn, damaged, soiled or washed, they will be returned to the sender at the purchaser’s expense.
Any body products found on any item will be deemed damaged and returned to sender at purchaser’s expense. This includes, and is not limited to perfume, body cream, deodorant, sweat, oil(s), and or any other product.
ANY AND ALL WELL BEING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. These products come with warranties and you need to make direct contact with the manufacturer for any and all inquiries.
HOSIERY, ACCESSORIES AND JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
If you received a gift from someone (lucky you!) your items can be exchanged for merchandise or store credit within 10 days of the purchase date. You MUST have the original gift receipt.
Please note that some of our international customers have been assessed tariffs by their country’s customs agency. If you are assessed a tariff on your order, the cost will need to be incurred by you.

We know how difficult it can be to find the right fit. That is why we recommend you take the time to try on your items so that you feel confident about your purchases.
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. We’ll gladly accept any merchandise for exchange or store credit that has not been worn, washed, altered, damaged, has all tags and liners in place, and is being returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Anything being exchanged that is not in this condition will not be accepted. We have every right to refuse a exchange. Any body products found on any item will be deemed damaged and not exchangeable.
